  • Any sensitive information contained in uploaded files, such as medical data or legal information. We handle such data with heightened security and encryption

  • To ensure accuracy and improve our platform, uploaded medical records and reports may be manually reviewed by our team. During this process, records are securely stored with strict safeguards.

    All uploaded records are permanently deleted within 48 hours of upload, regardless of whether they have been reviewed. Additionally, you have the option to delete your uploaded records at any time within the 48-hour window – even immediately after uploading. Once deleted, records cannot be recovered. Your trust and confidentiality are our highest priorities, and we take every measure to ensure that your information remains safe and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

  1. Process, analyze, and summarize uploaded documents.
  2. Provide, operate, and improve our platform and services.
  3. Communicate with you regarding service updates, changes, or support inquiries.
  4. Comply with legal obligations.

3. File Deletion Policy

We prioritize your control over your data.

Immediate Deletion: After the summarization process, you can delete your source files manually. Deleted files are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

  • Files are encrypted both during transmission (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Service Providers: Trusted partners who perform essential functions (e.g., payment processing, hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: When disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect against fraud.

6. Data Retention

  • Uploaded files are stored only as necessary to complete the summarization process.
  • Deleted files (manual or automatic) are permanently erased and not retained.
